LASH EXTENSION POLICIES To ensure a professional and fair experience for all clients, please review the following policies: 📅 Appointments & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • The deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation, no-show, or late arrival. ⏰ Punctuality • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After this time, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. 💳 Payments • The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. • No refunds are provided once the service has started or been completed. 👁️ Touch-Ups • A complimentary touch-up within 24–48 hours is offered only in case of a workmanship issue. • Touch-ups are void if aftercare instructions were not followed or lashes were manipulated. ⚠️ Irritation & Allergic Reactions • Each individual may react differently to lash products. • In case of irritation or discomfort, lash removal may be offered, however no refunds will be issued. 🧼 Aftercare • Failure to follow proper aftercare instructions voids any guarantee. ❌ Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to refuse future appointments if policies are not respected or inappropriate behavior occurs. 📩 By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these policies.
